But many ActiveX controls provided by our competitors are developped by MS VB6.0, which have a lot
of overheads, and the sizes and performances of the developped components are not very good.
- We have more than 8 years of COM/DCOM and ActiveX Control design experience. 6 years of .NET component
design experiences. Some designer in our development group have more than twenty years of software development experience.
- Our ActiveX and .Net Components have successfully helped us to develop our
other products like DOPEC (Dragonfly OPEN PlantEngine Center) and
DHMI (Dragonfly Human Machine Interface)which save us a lot of development time.

complete their products. Many customers help us to introduce other customers to use our products, some even require their software suppliers

Prices
- Our sale prices are very competitive. The prices of the same product of our many competitors are much higher than our prices. For example,
our Scope And XYChart package is 160 US$ of one single license which includes three ActiveX control (Scope, XY Chart, Angular Chart), but the same package of our competitor is 300US$ for one
single license which just includes XY Chart.
- Our Site License is very cheap. In general, our one site license almost equivalent to 3 single licenses,
but for our competitiors one site license is equvalent to more than 20 single licenses.
- The customers can upgrade their single license to the site license just paying the difference between the prices of the site license ans the single license.
- The customers can get 30% discount if their development projects are for academic or educational purposes.
Services and Supports
- Our service quality is very good, many customers are very impressed by our services. In many cases,
we even help the customers write the sample codes to implement their special requirements using our components though we have
already provided many samples code in our delivery packages and our web site
- Our support include email support and phone support, email support is 24Hour/7Days,
Phone support is Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 12 PM at USA Eastern Time. Our customer
service department answers emails within 12 hours. Our goal is to answer all
customer emails within the same day.
- We can help customers to add their special requirements into our components with minor extra charge.
- In general, if the customer help us find the bugs of our products, we'll give the customers free upgrade to the new
version, or give them some discounts when they purchase our products.
