Dragonfly Automation Software invites companies("Resellers")
wishing to sell our software products to join our Reseller Program.
We have two packages
of products, i.e.,.

Our Automation Graphic ActiveX Component package includes more than 10 graphic
instrument display components, i.e., Counter, Indicator, Gauge, ProgressBar,
Numerical LED, Measure Ruler, Temperature Control, BarChart, PieChart,
Scope and Chart.
- Our Automation ActiveX Extension package includes 6 graphic
instrument input components, i.e., SmartButton,
Switch, Slider, Switch Slider, Knob, Switch
Knob.
Products can
be ordered by fax, email, or on-line in our web site.
The reseller
can
- List our demo applications in their web site so people can first
download the demo to test our products.
- List a single license package and a site license package
without license files in their web site to allow the
customers to directly download them. After
purchaging,they can provide us the customers' address
and emails, then we send them the license files with the
Registry key. But their web site should guarantee that
single license payment can not download the site license
package.
We keep the latest versions of all of these products
on our website and notified to our customers. Resellers may design their own sell
plans for customer downloads and payments.We provide very good discount to our resellers,
and the discount may be dynamically changed according to the sell quntity
We are responsible for all product technical support and Registry Key
management.

To become a
reseller:
- Send us an email to fym@dragonflydas.com about your interest
to join our resell program and your resell proposal.
- We review your proposal, send a note back to you about
the modified proposal which includes the discount rate.
- You send us a note if you are still interested after
reading the modofied proposal, and include the following information,
- A little information about your organisation,
- The contact person and mail address,
- Your proposed payment method and terms.
- If your company is accepted as a reseller we will
ask you to sign the reseller agreement.
