Dragonfly Automation Software's Customer Support Plans include valuable
how-to information, assistance with functionality and advice on debugging. Whatever
your support needs, we have a plan to meet them
Standard Support Plan
Standard support is automatically available to everyone who purchases a new or
upgrade any product of Dragonfly Automation Software.
The plan includes:
- Telephone support for 30 days.
Available on 24H/7D/Week at 1-416-627-8667. The 30-day period begins with the day when
you receive the product package. Please have your product serial number ready.
- Email support for 1 Year.
Send your question to support@dragonflydas.com.
Please include your name and product serial number somewhere in the body of
your message. You'll get faster resolution if you include a short snippet (About 20 lines or so, the shorter the better) of code that reproduces whatever problem you've encountered.
- Online Help and Sample Codes release .
We'll keep on updating our Online help materials and release the the new versions of the sample codes for users to download to learn more about our products.
Premier Support Plan:
Premier is an annual contract priced at $99 per year. The benefits include:
- All features included in the Standard Support Plan.
- A dedicated support engineer assigned to your account.
- Priority email support at an address available only to Premier support
customers.
- Any major upgrade released during the term of the contract can be free obtained.
